Dear Friends of Belize,
We at Here’s Hope Ministries are thankful to God and each of you that have supported our ministry in Belize. It is only because of the blessings of God and the support by each of you that we were able in 18 months to go from pouring the footers to final inspection and having the license issued by the Government of Belize to operate the children’s home. We are grateful to each of you not only for your financial support and for going and working on the construction but especially for your prayer support.
We got our permit for the Children's Home!
It was with regret that on April 18, 2005 we received the resignation of Denis and Donna Walsh as the directors of Hosanna House. We appreciate all the work they accomplished in the four months they were with us and pray God's blessing upon them as they return to Colorado.
We are pleased that Rodger and Carolyn Shuman will be replacing the Walshs and will be moving to Belize on July 29, 2005 to take up the duties at Hosanna House. Carolyn has had experience managing a large Daycare Center and will be the Director of Hosanna House. Rodger has a Banking and Construction Business background and will be the Business Manager for Hosanna House. Rodger will also oversee our ministry in the local schools, direct work teams and oversee additional construction on the project.

We will be shipping a container to Belize in September. We again look to you our friends to help fill this big box with supplies for the operation of Hosanna House. The enclosed insert lists items we would like to have donated. If you would like to get your Church or Sunday School involved we can furnish bulletin inserts for you.
We are hoping to construct a church on the property early next year. We will be sending work teams to Belize to do construction and would like for you to join us. We will be announcing dates later if you would like to join us please contact us.
